[Partnership] Mystery/Paranormal site

Good Morning to you all,
Well I have been here in the past advertising my mystery and paranormal website (themysterydistrict.com) however I am here looking for some partners to come on board.

Due to having knee surgery I was unable to even touch that site (or any of my other sites) for two months as I had a knee re-alignment and had to spend two months on my back.

Due to this unfortunate circumstance the website has more or less died, in the past people complained that there was too much content on the website - they claimed there was plenty to read but nothing to comment about.

So I have come here to ask for help from all of you, my fellow administrators/graphic designers and vbulletin stylists.

Please read the following information and contact me either through private message, or by replying to this thread if you are interested in helping us out.

Immediate Goal/Vision

The immediate goal that we are untaking is to not only revamp TheMysteryDistrict.com but build it into one of the leading websites in our niche.

We will start with a whole new custom built design/skin so when visitors first hit our website they know it is a website that covers crime, mystery, conspiracies, paranormal, ufo's etc etc.

Once that is completed we will not go modification happy, instead just install the important modifications that either:

• Provide administrators with more control.
• Add functionality to the website
• Add to the enjoyability of the overall website.

Two of our main modifications that we will install include vbAdvance to hold our searchable information, the next thing to be installed is photopost to allow us to have community wide photo galleries so people can share their "paranormal" evidence.

Over-time we will continue to improve the website overall including more information, documentation, downloads as we slowly build our site into one of the leaders of information regarding topics in our niche.

What we are looking for!

• Graphic Designers
  We are currently looking for graphic designers who can come on board to help us completely customize our website, as we said above we don't want people to click on our site and say "Geez another forum about this".
  
  We want everything as customized as possible to ensure that we at least stand out. Graphics will include a new background (to go with our new forum style etc), avatars, website banner, logos.
• vBulletin Stylists
  We would like to get a couple of vBulletin Stylists on board if possible, we are not looking for you to dedicate hours of your life and create us a completely new style which you would normally charge for.
  
  What we would like from the vBulletin Stylists, is simply advice, openiness.
  
  There are some things that we want to do (that we have seen on other sites - that we have liked and want to merge it all in on our brand new look site).
  
  So we don't want you to do it for us we just want your help and assistance, leads, information etc to help us ultimately create what we eventually want our network to be.
• Researchers/Content Developers
  We are looking for people who follow any of our many topics that make up TheMysteryDistrict to do research, build portfolios, information sheets etc to go into our searchable data on the site.
• Recruiters
  Finally we are looking for people willing to step in once the major over-haul is complete (we are hoping for the next couple of weeks) and advertise us in as many locations as possible in an attempt to gain us additional members.

Overall:-
We are not looking for additional administrators, there is no point having 14 administrators and just a handful of members - instead what we are willing to offer is your own user group eg: Graphic Designers with a user-rank.

For anyone and everyone that helps us out we pledge to add an advertisement to our site directly linking to your main website (due to the large number of people that could be involved we cant advertise two or three of your websites it is only one per person).

We are hoping to work quickly and swiftly on this as we have members, and have people who want to join once the over-haul has been completed and so we want to act quickly to get this done however ensure that it is done properly.
