Viewing X profile fields info

I know theres a way to do this I just cant remember how to so easily. Basically what I want to do is to view a list of all the users who filled in X profile field and be able to see who filled it in as well as what they filled it in with all on the same page.

I cant remember for the life of me how this is done, I am sure its under the user manager somewhere.

Search for Users? You can tell it what profile fields to display.

Well I have tried selecting to yes the profile field I want displayed but it is showing every single member, any other ideas? I must be doing something wrong lol

Okay I am able to enter a character in the profile fields box and find whos filled in what like that but it will only display if theyve entered whatever character.

Can you use a % or * as a wildcard in that search?
