What are the moderator requirements on your forum, like your minimum expectations before they are able to become one? What are your main expectations from your moderators too?

I'd require them to have atleast some experience and minimum of 100 posts before they become a moderator. But i choose them sometimes if they have less than a 100. Also have to be registered more than a month with having some activity on the site.
