There might be a market. People needing to visit Notre Dame wanting to know what to do in the area might want to visit the Tire Rack facility... and Tire Rack may pay for your hosting if you put up their ads. They advertise everywhere else.
There really are some interesting niche things to do in that state, if someone was passing through anyway. Surf the local chamber of commerce sites.
If you have extra licenses, why not?

It's a great concept for a forum. But, doesn't seem to be a passion for Svoboda.

why did you buy three? i guess you could sell two of them and concentrate on making a forum with the other one.
