Do tell. I was looking at my board to see how I could & hopefully answer you. You beat me though.
I'm thinking it's another idea for promotions on the board.

Create a new usergroup where members have to get x number of posts to achieve that status.

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Maximum Stored Messages
