So XenForo comes out victorious. Despite the darkest days of the trial when people were saying Mike Sullivan has left to start a Photography business and Kier has abandoned the software.

Kier has stated that 1.2 is being developed and that Mike and Ashley are fully on board. Mike is back posting on the board and even sorted out the license extension for users who paid to extend for a year and received no updates.

IB succeeded in killing the momentum of XenForo but hopefully KAMcan put this bullet train back on the tracks!!

I always trust KAM ever since I knew about the lawsuit. Somehow many people said nasty things and underestimated xenForo and yet they are now considering using xenForo. How ironic. Lesson would be, don't judge too early. Always have a limit even if you are really that in need to judge people. Congrats xenForo!

Happy to hear about it. I was sick and tired of all the drama and 'predictions' coming from people who had no idea what they are talking about. They have a great software built (which I enjoy immensely) and I really hope now they can resume work and development. Kudos to the team and to the few people who still believed in them, while all others were complaining and moaning.

I would love to know the details of the settlement! The amount of pressure on XenForo & the team over the years must have been ... - emotionally, physically & financially.
